I use the second brush pretty sparingly - really only to add occasional texture to hard-lined shadows or highlights. when used at a larger brush size with heavier pressure, it makes big solid splotches that can be nice for adding some interest in your colors! The first brush is my go-to lineart brush! it gives a really interesting texure, but has hard enough edges that it never appears too fuzzy.
